Copyright & DMCA Policy

Sapienbase respects intellectual property. This page explains how to notify us of allegedly infringing material, how we respond, and how to submit a counter-notice. It also explains how to report unauthorised redistribution of our own content.

1. Our own content is protected

All Sapienbase ebooks, guides, prompt libraries, templates, videos, copy, design and code are owned by Viraly Marketing Management or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Purchasing a product grants a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access the content for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership and does not permit resale, redistribution, file-sharing, mirroring, republishing, translating, using the content to train machine-learning models, or reselling derivative "swipe" products.

If you find Sapienbase material distributed without authorisation, report it to abuse@sapienbase.com with the URL. Verified reports of pirated material are eligible for a goodwill account credit at our discretion.

2. How to submit an infringement notice

Send notices to copyright@sapienbase.com with the subject line "Copyright notice". To be actionable, a notice must include all of the following:

  • identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  • identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (exact URL, page, chapter or file name);
  • your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may be disregarded. Knowingly submitting a materially false notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.

3. What we do after a valid notice

  • we acknowledge receipt, normally within 2 business days;
  • we expeditiously remove or disable access to the material identified, or the account hosting it, where the notice is valid on its face;
  • we notify the affected user and forward the notice with identifying details redacted where possible;
  • we keep a record of the notice and of the action taken.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to copyright@sapienbase.com including: the material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification; your name, address, telephone number and email; your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates (or, if you are outside it, of your place of residence for the purpose of the dispute); and your signature. We may restore the material unless the original complainant notifies us of legal proceedings.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users who are the subject of repeated, substantiated infringement notices, and we may terminate on a first offence where the infringement is wilful or commercial in nature (for example, reselling our products).

6. Trademarks and third-party references

Third-party names, brands, logos and trademarks referenced in our content belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification, commentary, criticism, review and educational analysis. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction. If you are a rights holder and want a reference reviewed, contact legal@sapienbase.com.
