Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the Sapienbase Service, its content and its infrastructure. Violation is a material breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate termination without refund.

1. What is prohibited

  • Sharing, reselling, redistributing, sublicensing or repackaging Sapienbase content in whole or in part.
  • Using Sapienbase content or output as training data, fine-tuning data, embeddings source, or evaluation set for any AI or machine-learning system.
  • Scraping, crawling, harvesting or bulk-downloading the Service or its content.
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract underlying models, weights, prompts or proprietary logic.
  • Circumventing paywalls, DRM, rate limits, quotas, security controls or geographic restrictions.
  • Sharing account credentials, using multiple accounts to bypass limits, or logging into a single account from many devices simultaneously.
  • Using automated tools, bots, headless browsers or scripts to interact with the Service without our prior written permission.
  • Uploading malware, viruses, worms, ransomware or malicious code; probing, penetration-testing or stress-testing our systems without written authorization.
  • Impersonating any person, misrepresenting affiliation, or spoofing headers or identifiers.

2. Content standards

  • No unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening or discriminatory content.
  • No sexually explicit content, or content that sexualises minors.
  • No infringement of third-party intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
  • No content that promotes self-harm, terrorism, extremist violence, drug trafficking or human trafficking.
  • No spam, mass-marketing or pyramid schemes carried out via our community, comments or messaging features.

3. AI usage rules

When you use AI features on Sapienbase, you agree not to prompt the models to produce content that would violate the standards above, and not to attempt jailbreaks, prompt injections, or extraction of system prompts, embeddings or model parameters. You remain responsible for any content you generate.

4. Reporting violations

Report abuse or IP infringement to abuse@sapienbase.com. For DMCA notices, include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material and its URL, your contact information, a good-faith belief statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities. Sanctions are at our sole discretion and are not appealable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
